Scan2Screen’s services include:

• The ideal candidate has several years of professional experience in film scanning and postprocessing including hardware / IT maintenance.
• Excellent knowledge in film color processing, data and color management.
• Documented professional training and experience in scanning and color grading is a must.
• Restoration software skills.
• Documented professional experience in physical handling of analog (nitrate) film, storage and maintenance.
• Excellent knowledge of English is a plus.
• Willingness to work in an interdisciplinary team.
• Good communication skills.
• Innovative, enthusiastic personality with a high degree of flexibility to work with a radically new approach.

Employment

• The applicant will be employed by Scan2Screen Switzerland at our lab in Berlin.
• Workplace: Berlin, flexibility to travel with the scanner.
• Period: Starting in February 2026 or later, freelance on a project basis.
• Applicants must have a work permit for the EU.
• Compensation: depending on qualification and experience, EUR 25 to 40 / hr
