“Joining Scan2Screen feels like a unique opportunity to contribute to a mission that transcends technology and enters the realm of cultural stewardship. The company’s commitment to film preservation through a scientific, transparent approach resonates deeply with me. In an age where so much of our history risks being lost to digital obsolescence, Scan2Screen’s dedication to developing cutting-edge digitization techniques ensures that films are not just preserved but preserved authentically.
What excites me most is the company’s clear focus on scientific rigor—applying proven methodologies and maintaining full transparency in its processes. This approach not only ensures that each film is digitized with precision, but also empowers archivists, researchers, and audiences to trust that the films they experience are true to their original form. It’s a philosophy I’m eager to be a part of, as it aligns with my belief that film preservation is both an art and a science. By combining technological innovation with advanced color science and workflow transparency, Scan2Screen is defining a new paradigm in how we preserve and share the history of motion picture film. I’m grateful for this opportunity to play a role in pushing digital film preservation into its next chapter.”
